- 2 425g cans of Chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 1/2cup So Good Unsweetened Cashew Milk
- 2 Shallots (copped)
- 1 Garlic Clove (peeled)
- 3tbsp Sanitarium Peanut Butter
- 1tbsp Lime Juice
- 1tsp Lime Zest
- 1tsp Iodised Salt
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Serve with a selection of vegetables and crackers.
Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
