PREP TIME: 15mins | SERVES: 2-4
- 2 cups Chickpeas (canned)
- 2tbsp Tahini
- 4tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Birch & Waite Aioli Garlic Mayo
- 1 Lemon (juice squeezed)
- 1/4 cup Warm Water
- 1/4tsp Sakt
Rinse and drain canned chickpeas. Add them and all other ingredients to your food processor and blend until completely smooth.
Scrape ingredients off sides of food processor to ensure it blends evenly.
If you find the hummus is too thick, you can add additional olive oil at this time. Add it very slowly, allowing the mixture to combine fully before adding more liquid.
